While waiting, another customer who had already ordered, came up and was asking when his medium coffee would be ready, as he ad been waiting for just a coffee for 25 minutes. The woman behind the counter looked at him and then rudely turned her back to him and walked away. We decided we would not be put in this same situation of waiting this long, but mostly wouldn't want to give our business to a place this rude. We left and found a Starbucks not so far away and was greeted and taken care of with very good customer service.

The only downside is limited parking. There’s only like 10 parking spots and half of them are for the workers. And if it’s really busy there’s drive thru line goes out to the road.
