Floors and tables covered with food, and garbage. After I had finished eating, I witnessed the individual who put my food in the dish, pulling at his naps, playing with his lips, and adjusting a rotting tooth in his mouth..avoid.

While I am aware that Chipotle is not a five star restaurant the treatment of the customer should be a priority. I was in line to get my food and the customer in front on me was ordering and speaking Spanish and the employee who was serving him was extremely rude and rolling his eyes at the customer. He seemed like he was not happy to be there and sure did not present a good atmosphere for the clients or employees. I felt awful for the client that got a rude response and this will be the first and last time I will be going into this location.

Couldn't log onto the app because I changed my phone number and the only way to log in is to get a verification code sent to you. I drove to the store and explained it and the manager Steve could care less. He said I couldn't order a casadia unless on the app. I explained this unique situation and he didnt care. The only way to fix it would be to call customer service which i did, but I was on hold for 30 minutes with no luck.

This Chipotle location is completely unsanitary. All of the garbages are overflowing, there’s food all over the tables. I couldn’t find a table that did not have leftover food on it. To top it off, my bowl had no taste. A sanitation worker should do an audit for health purposes.
