  I went to purchase a Macaroni and cheese ten minutes before closing, but it was freezing. My friend who received the Mac and cheese and a sandwich had a hot Mac and cheese, but I thought it was okay because it was about closing time. I'm writing this review as a result. I was starving because it was immediately following my dance performance.

  My wife and I go to Panera Bread quite often, and at different locations. We stopped into the east Windsor NJ location after a doctor's appointment. There was nobody to take the order, only rmthe touch screen order kiosks. We sat down at a table, and it was quite sticky. Table next to us had a tray full of someone's plates, bowls, spilled soup, etc. Looked over at one of the booths, and from 20 feet away, I could see that a child had finger painted all over the wall, napkins and straw wrappers not only at that booth, but all over the dining room. The garbage can/dirty plate station was so overloaded it was quite literally a mountain of trash more than a foot tall, garbage overflowing. All this, while 4 staff members sat around behind the counter chatting it up. Now, worse than all of that, is the lack of assistance given to 2 elderly ladies. 1 with a quad cane, one with a walker. My wife helped them get their fountan soda and carried it to their table. The lady with the walker sat while the lady with the cane was about to make several trips one handed, carrying pieces of their order. No help from the kids behind the counter. I got up and assisted the ladies, as one of the employees should have. After all thus, makes me think to when I was placing my own order at the kiosks, how ironic it is that they ask for a tip! Somebody has to see the gaul of that. Thatd pretty ballzy! I will still go to Panera, but not the East Windsor location. Moorestown's great, lakewood and Brick are good too. Hope this helps somebody!

  5 star because of this nice warm fire place that they have here.

  This was the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. I travel around the state frequently and have been to many locations, so I have something to compare it to. I ordered a large Hearty Fireside Chili and a Greek salad. They brought me a large bowl, but it was only half full. The chili was watery like plain soup, with just a few beans floating in it. Anyone who has had this dish before knows it should not be like that. It honestly looked like leftovers or scraps. I couldn’t eat it. The Greek salad came with only one napkin. I didn’t say anything to the staff because I’m not someone who likes to make a scene, but this experience was very disappointing, and I will definitely be leaving a review.
