I walked up to the counter and a staff person walks right on by ok, so then a young man sauntered up with a puzzled look on his face and says hi. Not may I help you, what would you like. So I ask you ok man? Received another puzzled look and then left! This place is a joke and I’ll never go there again, thank goodness we are getting other options locally.

I remeber when Chipotle lines would be out the door and employees would pack those bowls till they overflow. However, this location is stingy ash! I understand that things are more expensive however, they are putting less food in their bowls and are not getting any cheaper. I asked for extra guacamole and the lady litteraly put a pea size amount extra and charged me for it. This is so disappointing but I would rather go to the location in Hamilton becuase at least they give me EXTRA food when I ask for it. I will never come back here again and most definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Then after about 15 minutes they said they didn't have the order. I showed them the name and "found" the order. Terrible service.
