  Ordered the pick 2 a salad and sandwich, both were horrible!!! Half Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains was sloppy made as well as the frontega chicken was soggy and bread didn’t taste fresh as with the salad that I didn’t eat and threw out !!! Will not be going back to any Panera’s !!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would have !!! Had take out

  When I visited on 1/31 around afternoon. Jeffery’s customer service was truly amazing and stood out from the moment I walked in. He made everyone feel genuinely welcomed, not in a forced or scripted way, but with real warmth and attentiveness. While waiting for my food to go, I couldn’t help but notice how smoothly everything ran around him. He was attentive to customers, patient, and consistently positive, even during busy moments. What impressed me the most was how he interacted with his team. It was clear that he is a strong leader where people genuinely enjoy working with. The staff seemed comfortable, motivated, and happy, which says a lot about the environment he helps create. You could tell there was mutual respect, and the energy felt upbeat and supportive rather than stressful. It actually looked like a fun place to work, which isn’t something you see everywhere. As a customer, that kind of atmosphere makes a huge difference. It made the wait feel shorter and the overall experience more enjoyable. Jeffery’s leadership and customer service skills don’t just impact customers. They clearly influence the entire team in a positive way. That’s the kind of service that keeps people coming back.
