  Went in around 8:30 pm and they had rows of donuts on display in the case. When we ordered our donuts, the worker shortly told us they were not available despite it being in the case. We were confused, obviously, and she told us they were just on display. I asked why some were empty, and if they were out, they should remove the donuts so people don't see them and want to order them. She told me with great attitude that they didn't have time to pull the trays of donuts that were out. There were maybe 4 other customers in the store. It seems such a waste that dozens of donuts are on display but not able to be purchased, and I assume they will be thrown out at the end of the night. Why not sell all the donuts before saying you're out?

  In NJ, this is my favorite Krispy Kreme to order pick-up from. The staff is always friendly, and the entrance / exit to and from the main highway is easier than some other locations in the state. I have been ordering from this location since they opened up years ago.

  I pulled into the parking lot tonight (1/31/26) at 8:47PM because Google says that they close at 9 PM, but there was nobody inside. The lights were off and the door was locked. So they either changed their hours and didn’t update it on Google or left and closed early because I was there 13 minutes early. Would be nice for them to update the hours.

  They don't pickup the phone on Rt 17 E. Rutherford. Trying to place an Order for pickup for today before the Snow Storm 1/22/26. Calling for hours. Can't Order Online because it's a Fundraiser Order. They say if the Order is more then 3 Dozen to call. Mine is 4 Separate Orders. I have to Drive 30+ mins. just to get these Doughnuts. This is so annoying😡😤
