- PGPete G6 days ago1.0Tortilla tore while making my burrito & a good amount of the chicken fell out. Employee tried to wrap the burrito anyway & I stopped them & asked for them to put some more chicken in since a portion fell out. Seems pretty obvious & I shouldn't have to ask. Then they try to charge me for extra chicken.. WHAT? Just awful customer service. Rude lazy employees & then they try to steal more money from you. Idk what happened to this place.. Used to be my go to Chipotle. Obviously never going back & you should avoid it too.

The front-of-house line wasn’t even busy, yet three employees were just standing around while the takeout station was clearly backed up. Not a single person stepped in to help, and the manager did absolutely nothing to delegate or get things moving. Completely disorganized and a frustrating experience for something that should have been quick and easy.

Both customers in front of me made comments as well. So I’m def not going crazy. The employee is on a power trip or something. Not sure why his co-workers just watch him do it. The CEO said this wasn’t supposed to be a problem at their locations anymore but it clearly is.
