  I visited my local Dunkin’ this morning and ordered a medium iced decaf latte along with a chocolate-glazed donut. Unfortunately, they gave me a hot latte instead of iced, and when I mentioned it, the staff insisted I never asked for ice. They didn’t offer to fix the mistake, which was disappointing. Usually, I have good experiences at Dunkin’, but this time the customer service really fell short. In the future, I’ll probably just go to the Dunkin’ on Route 17 instead, where I’ve had much better service.
