An employee too on the challenge of concocting the most labor-intensive drink possible with enthusiasm and delivered it with a smile. It's not quite the hassle of navigating through the American dream mall to order from here, but that's a logistics problem, not a product/service one.

My order number was 7537, yet they were calling numbers like 7768 and serving those customers first. Other people were also waiting close to an hour, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I asked about my order, the staff didn’t even respond. This level of service is not tolerable. Poor organization, lack of communication, and very unprofessional. Definitely needs improvement.

The manager was very unprofessional, with a bad attitude and zero interest in helping or solving the problem. Someone in that position is supposed to set an example, but it was quite the opposite. I would never go back to this location and I definitely don't recommend it.
