  Please do not bother coming here to order food. They do not have enough staff to man the cashier. You’ll be standing in line for 20+ minutes plus just to place your order with that one cashier that is literally handling DoorDash, an Uber and GrubHub deliveries. Meanwhile, there’s literally four or five people In the back, who don’t even try to assist the cashier with helping out placing orders while there’s a lot of people in line. It’s just very disrespectful and I get better service in New York City rather than here in East Orange. Hire more people and then maybe this Wendy’s would not get any bad reviews.

  The black cashier that worked the night shift on the 3-09-2026 is the is the worse. And they give us the wrong food on top of that

  The fish sandwich was pretty good! It was crispy on the outside, well-seasoned batter, and firm fish.

  We visited the Wendy's on Main Street in East Orange this evening. Both my husband and I ordered the large chili. First, the chili on Main Street costs a dollar more than the Wendy's on Central Avenue. Why is that? Secondly, I found two SMALL pieces of meat in a large chili. They should call this "bean soup". I attempted to call and mention this to the manager, but of course, they don't answer the phone. This is totally unacceptable!!!
