  I went to this Taco Bell today and had a very unpleasant experience. The employee on the drive-thru speaker was rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for a moment to get our order together since there was no one else in line or inside the store and she told us we had to drive around because she couldn’t take our order due to a “timer.” The way it was handled came across as very nasty and unnecessary, and it made the experience uncomfortable.

  There’s a female by the name of Julia don’t know if that was her real name but she has a really nasty attitude she worked the Morning shift on 12/30/25 she has colored eyes I asked for 4 quarters after I paid for my food and she said she didn’t have it so she proceeded to the drive through register and gave change to the customer I asked her again well can I get it from that register and she told me no I don’t have change with a nasty attitude so I asked for the manager and he gave me change I will not come back here again I can’t deal with people with nasty attitudes serving my food
