- JOJennifer OrtizJan 1, 20261.0Had the worst experience on New Year’s Eve.. way to bring in the new year. Originally placed my order around 7pm to have to wait 3 hours to then cancel my order. First I only received part of my order. Got it settled with DoorDash to get the order replaced. This location never redid my order, kept hanging up on me when I called. The manager wasn’t helpful at all. And to top it all off, they decide to call me today, first day of the year, to tell me they are only going to refund me $30 of an $85 order. Ridiculous. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Let me see the bag for me to go back to my car that’s across the street from the establishment and go back with my food that will make my food cold one too When I told him and I reply, I don’t need to lie to you. You could come to my car and see that I only have one sauce he started getting tough. Do not get tough with customers. Do not treat customers like everybody is out to get for a 50 Cent cup of sauce in this industry. People need to respect the ones that pay them because my money pays your salary. the owners need to retrain the manager and The employees of how to handle situations like this, but the next time that somebody goes to that establishment and you get tough with that person they’re not gonna be so nice
