In my personal experience, the workers are always kind, respectful, and professional. I haven’t had any issues with my food but the only thing I would complain about is the soda. Multiple times I’ve ordered a Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, etc but they have given me a regular soda instead , so I would have to throw it out. I can’t have any sugar and there might be people with diabetes or any other health issues that require them not to intake sugar so just please make sure to give people the right drink if they ask for diet or zero soda.
