  The food is so good, I love it so much and I will be to be a returning customer. There are more food options than pizza like sandwiches, tacos, burritos and meals deal like 2 chicken wing, a plain cheese slice, French fries and cans sodas all for 6.99! This is the best pizza place in east orange new jersey

  I ordered food, simply so just break change and it turned into a whole thing. When I was ordering the food with the associate on the phone instead of him asking and clarifying what I ordered, he assumed that I wanted eight tacos instead of two tacos that I specifically said I wanted. When I realized there was a mistake with the order when it was delivered, I was referred to the manager who was extremely difficult and disrespectful. It took me to have to constantly say over and over that I did not want to keep the food and I just wanted my refund for him to give me my money back. He threatened to call the cops block my number and keep my money for no reason. Don’t ever buy from this business management is disgustingly disrespectful with no customer service skills and nobody understands clear instruction. No one said that I did not receive the order. You must have trouble understanding plain instructions because I clearly stated that I did order and your employee not only did not understand, but also assumed and doubled my order!! so instead of assuming and trying to make it seem as if I’m trying to get over you maybe you should take accountability as a business that you just have poor communication and customer service skills don’t be mad at me because you got one star. If it was up to me, you would get zero but I just wanna warn people in the area to never buy from you because you are completely irate and quick to start arguments with people you don’t listen to when people are speaking and you speak over people. Then you threatened to call the police as we were having a conversation, you started to raise your voice at me saying “ let me ask you a question? why would you pay for something and then say you don’t want it anymore?” now you’re trying to lie on Google and say that I said I never ordered in the beginning and that’s why I wanted a refund which is a complete lie! As I was saying, do not give your money to this business unless you want to have problems. I did not give this business any pushback whatsoever, and I was completely respectful when THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. What kind of business owner says to a customer that they’re gonna call the police on them block their number and keep their money?!?!? You are so weird and you need to take accountability. I hope your business shuts down because nobody should have to deal with your disgusting nasty attitude. Stop trying to lie and say I never ordered just to get my money back because that is a lie!
