My order clearly stated “NO Italian Sausage” due to strict dietary restrictions. Despite this being written on the receipt, the store added sausage/ Beef to the pizza. We realized only after eating some of it, which caused serious distress because we cannot consume these meats for religious reasons. I contacted the store with full proof (receipt + photos), but the manager did not provide a proper resolution. This shows a lack of care, quality check, and respect for customer dietary restrictions. I have escalated the issue to Domino’s Corporate. I hope the store improves its quality control and prevents this from happening to other families.
