I loaded my app with the funds id need to place my order in store. I went to the counter to place my order, and had to wait for the cashier and the customer in front of me to be done flirting with each other... Once they were done i stepped up to place my order. Now its time to pay. The cashier couldnt figure out how to use my app to pay so she asked another woman (i believe she was a manager) for help. Was the 2nd lady helpful? No. They took 2 minutes trying to type in my pay code, and then they walked away. Im standing there thinking maybe theyre gonna go ask someone else for help. But no, they were just done helping me. So i said "did it work"?. The one that was taking my order initially turned around and said "No. Do you have apple pay?" I would think that if i have $25 on my Wendys card, im not gonna use apple pay to pay... I ended up placing a mobile order. Like i said, the food was okay. But the women at this location are rude.

Now you’re out here serving shredded lettuce like it’s 2004 Taco Tuesday, the Sweet n Sour sauce vanished, and the mayo tastes like it’s having an identity crisis. This isn’t on the local crew / store, but somewhere up the Wendy’s food chain, corporate management, someone decided flavor and dignity were optional. Bring back real lettuce.
