The app has deleted my recent orders of honey chicken meals, so I can’t easily reorder…..whereas it should prompt me that honey chicken is no longer available and let me decide whether I want to include regular chicken or something else, so I can easily reorder the meal. The staff are incentivized to falsely say the orders are ready because it makes them look prompt, but it inconveniences the customer. CHIPOTLE IS GOOD BUT MAKE IT GREAT
