- VKVishal Kumar1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I waited at the drive-thru order station for about 3–4 minutes, repeatedly saying hello, but received no response. Since no one attended, I went to the main counter to place my order and pick up donuts. At that point, the staff member started speaking rudely that there were only two people working and they had to manage both the front counter and the drive-thru. While I understand that staffing can be limited, there should at least have been some acknowledgment or guidance to wait. Instead, the staff member spoke very rudely and insisted that regardless of the wait time—even 5 or 10 minutes—I should have continued waiting at the drive-thru order station. I tried to explain that I had already been waiting, but he was not willing to listen and continued speaking in an unprofessional manner, even warning me about what I should do “next time.” I found the interaction unnecessary and disrespectful, so I chose not to engage further and left without placing an order. Overall, a very poor experience. I will not be returning.

Recently my experience at this location has been horrible! The customer service has been as if he’s doing me a favor. It is a new younger guy that’s usually working the drive thru and it’s unfortunate that this has been my experience as it’s so convenient.

She didn’t speak any English. It was a mess. Ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso. Tasted like tea water with milk. Also realized my coworker was missing food once I got back. How is this place still open?
