- LLLian LinNov 22, 20251.0I placed 2 orders at kiosk. but the store manager said that the store owner has a policy that don't allow place more than 2 orders at the same time at kiosk machine. she refuse to give me the order i have paid. it doesn't make any sense. why this is not allowed? it's very normal that customer may want to order more after the initial order. and, why the store has their own policy? is this store not mcdonald store? this kind of own policy really damage mcdonald reputation.
