    I want to leave a heartfelt review for this Dunkin’ location, especially to recognize a staff member named Nabil. I accidentally left my phone at the store, and Nabil kept it safe and returned it to me with complete honesty. His integrity truly touched me and restored my faith in people. The service here is always good, but this experience really stood out. Nabil absolutely deserves recognition for his kindness and character. Thank you!

    I loved the old location. It was accessible from Tices lane, even if you had to go inside. This one is impossible to get to from the south, and you cannot easily get to the one on 18 north from Tices. I then started to go to the Shop Right one, but then decided to just get Shop Right treats instead. Sorry Dunkin, yeah lost a customer!

    I dont know if they have a new administration but if you order 10 minutes in advance and u get there they dont start preparing the order and make you wait over 5 minutes. If we order before is because we calculate the time we need it ready. Come on . The worst experience ever. Never coming here again

    Rania is one of the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin. I drive out of my way to come to this Dunkin. The best service, immaculately clean and the friendliest staff!

    Friendly staff, got 10 munchkins & a hot coffee and they were good. The drive-thru takes some time to get used to, especially when you enter the plaza and some cars try to back out of the parking lot.
