    ​I’ve taken out food many times from this location, but my most recent takeout order was a major disappointment. We ordered four 100% vegetarian bowls and asked for the sour cream on the side. ​To my shock, when we opened the side containers, one of the sour cream cups had a piece of chicken inside it. As someone with vegetarian beliefs, this is more than just a "wrong order"—it’s a complete breach of trust. When you place a takeout order, you rely on the staff to be diligent about cross-contamination and accuracy. Finding meat in a vegetarian side makes it very hard to feel confident ordering from here again. ​If I do return, it will only be in person so I can watch exactly what is being put into my food. For now, the trust is gone. Update: I see the post asking to contact Chipotle...I don't see how it helps as the damage is done.

    Meat is not cooked properly. Staff is always rude. Literally one of the worst chipotles in the area. I would avoid this location if you can.

    Not sure why they can't produce a correct order. They sent a kids meal with no chicken. Just rice and cheese and two hard tortillas. How does someone close a container without realizing something is missing? So frustrated with this location.

    Placed an online order and they didn't send the whole order. Had to drive there to have them fix it. Then they made me wait because they "had other orders to fill". Completely terrible customer service

    I used to work at Chipotle East Brunswick, so I know the proper procedures for food prep. Today, I received an order with uncooked rice, which is completely unacceptable. It’s unsafe, and for the price and wait time, this should never happen. It seems like the night shift is rushing orders instead of following proper cooking procedures, which risks food safety. On top of that, if you try to get a refund, it’s unnecessarily difficult. The Chipotle app, DoorDash, and Uber Eats often won’t give a full refund when the mistake comes from the restaurant. For $20+ for a single meal, customers deserve safe, fully cooked food, not “whatever the location decides to give.” This is more than just inconvenient it’s a serious safety issue. I hope management on shift @ 1/30/26 during 10 PM addresses this immediately, because repeated mistakes like this should be reported higher.
