  Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? This is really no stars! I hate that this is the closest location to me! First of all the service is consistently TERRIBLE. I spent almost sixty dollars for three bowls and I have to fight with them about wanting Mrs than a pinch of protein and ingredients. There’s an African American manager there who is really nice and informed me that there’s no charge for extra cheese since the worker looked annoyed that I asked, even though I was willing to pay. These bowls are too EXPENSIVE for the terrible customer service and extra small portions. I came in last Saturday for the millionth time and I am done. And don’t any of you dare Doirdash from here either….that’s when they really play in your face! It’s just frustrating that the prices goes up and the service and portions go down! This location needs to do better‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️And stop policing ppls portions if I’m paying EXTRA give me EXTRA and stop playing! Pure foolishness

  I recently placed a large order from this location for my family and want to acknowledge that the team managed multiple orders efficiently. The food quality was consistent with other locations and tasted good overall. However, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than expected. Additionally, the burrito I ordered for my dad was not fully wrapped, and I had to ask the staff to properly cover it. More concerning, while mixing my salad, I found a bug in the bowl. This immediately impacted my ability to continue the meal. While I cannot speak to the condition of other items, this experience raises concerns around food preparation and quality control. I will not return to this location.

  I normally love getting Chipotle, but after today's visit at this location I'm not sure if I will go back. The server was AWFUL, she rushed my order...after the young lady put the rice and 10 black beans on top the next girl put a half spoon of steak, a dash of corn and then dumped a half pound of queso!!!! Terrible customer service....portions suck, and then they asked if I want chips! UHHHH, NO THANK YOU. I BARELY WANT TO EAT WHAT I PURCHASED. Maybe hire people that want to work and serve food. Not children with attitudes.

  I went there with my husband yesterday for lunch and we immediately noticed the high amount of salt the cook was putting on the chicken and veggies (it literally looked like snow on top of the chicken and stove top). I thought I would luck out by getting barbacoa in my bowl, but surely enough the food tasted very salty for me and my husband, which we have never experienced at Chipotle before. Please advise the cooks to ease up on the salt, as I saw another review on here stating the same thing.
