He touched the phone, screen, everything around him, wipes his hands on his dirty apron. He stuck that dirty hand in the pepperoni bowl, then decided he didn’t need that handful of pepperoni and put it back in the pile of pepperoni! Then later he wipes his hands on his dirty apron again, and grabs the pepperoni again, puts it on the pizza (it did not go in the oven, bc apparently he forgot to add the pepperoni in the first place before going in the oven) and then hands me the pie. I confronted him about what I just saw, and he dismissed it that it never happened. The manager came and spoke with me and offered to remake the pizza with his hands washed. I am reporting this location to the local health department. They have a ServSafe certificate hanging on their wall, yet no one seems to be trained to handle food. All their ingredients are laying out in room temperature.
