" please accept my apology for your poor service at the McDonald’s of Randolph. I will follow up on the quality of our products. My office will also reach out to you with an apology and a meal voucher to help compensate the loss. I hope that you will give us another opportunity to make it right for you. Again, I am sincerely sorry for your poor experience. Have a bless day. Thank you, Chuck ( store mgr )" That was sent on 11/13/25 and no voucher was ever provided, and it's 1/24/26 as I write, and I have responded back to that "apology" several times. No response from "Chuck ( store mgr )" or anyone else at this dump. Also, if you leave a negative review, expect a link from McDonald's corporate to complete a survey. Do NOT waste your time on that. Nothing comes of it, and it's just their PR attempt to look like they care — they don't. This store first provided us with cold, terrible food, then made it worse with their empty promise to address the issue. Truly an example of making a bad situation even worse. Oh, and if anyone from corporate reads this, do NOT respond with your BS link survey. It's just going to make it even worse.
