    Went through the drive through today, ordered a NY Jets combo with a large diet coke and honey mustard. Place is typically packed and busy, but they manage more or less to keep the line going. At the second window, guy there asks me for the receipt to make sure he has my order, but somehow still manages to forget the honey mustard, and I think he gave me normal coke instead. Was in a rush, but was clearly a mistake now that I'm miles away. The food is fine like any other McDonald's, nothing wrong otherwise. Was just an unlucky customer that had a couple items out of order, but I'll forgive it because the place is ALWAYS slammed. I can hear it from outside how the employees are hustling to get the job done, I get it. Still a shame because I didn't get my full money's worth.

    Dining room and drive-thru open 24/hours. Went around 3am just to eat abd have some food and peace since not much is open st 3:30am. Staff was rude, impolite and unhelpful when I approached the counter and tried to order. They told me to order through the kiosk, which is fine, but there was no need to be rude or curt about it. Women's bathroom was dirty, wet, and smelly. Food was cold.

    ⸻ McDonald’s – Route 10 Location Randolph, New Jersey Subject: Formal Complaint About Mistreatment and Poor Service Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant located on Route 10 in Randolph, New Jersey, on November 7th, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m. During my visit, I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by two employees. One of them was a Colombian woman with several visible tattoos on her arms, and the other was a young Mexican woman. Both of them verbally aggressed me and behaved in a very hostile and unprofessional manner. In addition to the mistreatment, the order I received was completely wrong. The ice cream I ordered was melted and spoiled, and the coffee I was given was completely different from what I requested. I was also overcharged, and despite my complaint, both employees refused to correct the mistake or replace the items. Instead, they insisted that I had to accept the wrong order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a brand as well-known as McDonald’s, where customers expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I respectfully request that this incident be properly investigated, that corrective actions be taken, and that I receive a formal apology from the restaurant’s management for the poor treatment and the inconvenience caused. Thank you for being considerate with the complaint I just submitted. I believe the details I have provided are sufficient. However, please keep in mind that the most important aspect of any business is not only its revenue, but also the quality, prestige, and goodwill that your restaurant can maintain.
