- EEEdwinApr 2, 20262.0⭐️⭐️ 4/2/26 Not good!... I ordered ahead on the phone and placed an order for pick up. I was told about a BOGO large pizza deal so I changed my original order to this deal. Upon arrival approximately 15 minutes later, I was told that they didn't have my order, asking what number I called and if I called the correct location. It was unmistakable for me to call the wrong location. I had to place another order. While doing so, the cashier verified that she remembered the order and apparently some else took my order and received 2 free pizzas. Additionally, another employee ease dropped on our conversation and informed the cashier that the deal was not valid at this location. With that said, I promptly left after wasting another 10 minutes. I frequently patronize Papa Johns including this location and never had such a disappointing experience. So what's different? One thing I have noticed is that this location maybe under new owership/management. All the employees are different. Looks like growing pains. Maybe training will help. Customer service is lacking here. Is it that hard to take an order? It hope they fix it real quick.

My situation on ordering online. Just said to me" you need to call customer service" So I did call customer service. To find out that there is a way for the gentleman to take my gift card for payment. Plus my order was over the dollar value and I was willing to pay the difference. Never again.
