- SSSimranJun 9, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee who served me was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. They were impatient when I asked her to wrap the footlong in two different wraps she literally refused and said its gonna cost extra, and they made me feel rushed and uncomfortable during the entire ordering process. To make matters worse, the sandwich was poorly made — ingredients were thrown together carelessly, and the veggies were stale. The bread literally crumbled. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like an inconvenience. I hope management addresses this behavior, because customer service like this reflects poorly on the entire brand.
