- EFErin FordJan 5, 20261.0Ordered Dinner for my family off of DoorDash. Ordered 2 steak meals and a kids meal. The one steak was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and a salad but it came with a baked potato and broccoli. The other steak was fine. We also got the blooming onion and can I just say my skin about shriveled up and fell off with how salty it was. I’ve never had a blooming onion that salty. With everything that we got half of it was wrong. How busy could you be on a Monday night to really mess up this much.

Very very miserable person. I said party of 2 and she said what?? Again I said 2 people. She rolled her eyes took 2 menus we followed her and she literally slammed the menus down. I really hate to leave a bad review on New Year’s Day but please the hostess is the first person you see when you come into a restaurant. My husband even said something to me about her and he usually could care less. Please send her home or have management pull her aside and talk to her privately please!

Somehow waiting I got caught in the middle of screaming match between the manager and a DoorDash driver that cursed at his staff. Spit from the manager got in my eye. It’s now red from me rubbing it due irritation. Now at 2am I’m at the urgent care. Do better with how you ask people to leave. Doing this in front of other people is a safety issue.
- DLD LeoDec 30, 20252.0We hadn't been to Outback in over 20 years but received a gift card so we gave them a try. my wife ordered a Pina Colada, which was good. I ordered a Sam Adams seasonal draught which was flat and didn't taste right so I had the waitress replace it with a Sam Adams Lager which was fine. We ordered the Bloomin' Shrimp appetizer. There were about 20-30 decent sized fried shrimp. It tasted like it was cooked in old burnt cooking oil. My wife ordered French Onion soup. She took a couple spoonfuls but it was tasteless & the cheese on it was too hard to chew. We both ordered the shrimp over pasta. it tasted like unflavored shrimp over buttered noodles. Thank goodness we had a gift card to cover most of it. We were reminded of why we haven't been there in over 20 years. And we won't ever go back again.

He was also mixing drinks behind the bar and recommended a delicious blueberry lavender cocktail when I asked for a suggestion. Both the service and food were exceptional at this location.
