We’re never ones to complain but after waiting an hour and a half after immediately being sat (no wait) and still no update on where our meals were, we asked the food to be packed up (in which our waiter said “ok no problem” and it was ready in 5 minutes…) Our waiter never came to check in with us, but proceeded to pass us multiple times. Our son’s meal was ready within 20 minutes so he was antsy by the time we would have finally gotten our food almost an hour later… we will never be visiting this location again.

- NMNia MercerFeb 17, 20261.0I ordered my steak medium-well because I prefer it cooked thoroughly. What I received was not medium-well… not even close. It was rare. The entire reason I ordered Outback was so I wouldn’t have to cook. Instead, I ended up having to go home and finish cooking my own steak just so it was edible. That completely defeats the purpose of paying restaurant prices for a meal. If the kitchen can’t tell the difference between medium-well and rare, then maybe steak shouldn’t be on the menu. This was a huge inconvenience and completely unacceptable. Very disappointed, and I’ll be thinking twice before ordering again.
