  Last time we ate there we didn't not have a good experience. They comped some of our meal that was not satisfactory and offered a small gift certificate to come back. This time there wasn't a single thing to complain about. Great meal, great service, great night!44

  Our steaks were good but not great. My MR was cooked perfectly, but my husband's R was actually M. The seasoning tasted a little funky, but I couldn't quite figure out why. The salad and potatoes were great, but more than half of the blooming onion was soggy. (The half that wasn't was amazing!) Service was very slow, mains took way too long to come out, especially considering it wasn't busy. Had to ask our service twice for extra sauce, which by the time he brought it, it was too late. We won't be going back here. As far as chain steak places go, Longhorn is much better.

  This isn’t a review of the food. It’s a review of the customer service. I sat on hold for over ten minutes trying to get a reservation. This was on a Tuesday at 5:00. I first selected the “Call ahead seating” option. That line just rang. No one ever picked up. Then I called back and selected “Curbside service” to see if they’d answer and they did. First they immediately transferred me to Call Ahead without listening to me. Then when I called them back they put me on hold to get the Call Ahead person and left me on hold for over 15 mins. You’d think that nobody was interested in just taking a simple reservation. The only reason I put up with this is my daughter really loves Outback and wanted to go. But I assure you I will NEVER be dining at this Outback ever again.

  The hostess was not even polite. Didn't smile and acted like it was a chore to seat my husband and I. It was my birthday. I had to ask for water 2 times. I had to ask another waitress to get my waitress for the desert. Waitress never came back to ask how our meal was. My steak was very tough. The place was empty. Why didn't out waitress come back to our table? I always liked Outback, but don't know if I will be coming back. Your hostess can't even smile or say hello? This happened on Thursday, November 6th, 2025

  Went for dinner Sunday night. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was just fine. The waitress came and we placed our orders. Apps came out along with the salad. The salad was the chopped blue cheese salad. The lettuce was old and wilted and didn't taste very good. Waitress forgot my sons drink. App was fine(blooming onion). Two of us got the rib eye, my favorite cut and one got pasta alfrado with steak and shrimp. The rib eye was extremely fatty. I know there is fat but this was to the extreme. Out of a 13 oz rib eye I may have gotten 6 oz of meat. Broccoli with one dinner was not even cooked. The pasta had 3 tiny squares of steak(like the size of a nickle) and about 5 shrimp. Hardly had any alfredo sauce on it. I was surprised how bad the food has gotten. The bill for 3 of us was $130 not including tip. And 2 us got water to drink.
