After I greeted the guy, then I normally order and the guy just stare at me and never ask me anything like u need any protein or any vegetable during I am order ... I don't understand what's wrong with this guy.. I am chinese I not sure he is racist or he doesn't really want to do his job and serve me.... I noticed at least other staff and customer have normal ask and answer. During the order, he just said he don't have any white rice and said nothing and never ask me do i want change the brown rice and never said he go back the kitchen and refill the white rice. Also, I ask for half and half protein but I think there only has couple pieces meat.... And just a couples pieces of vegetables. I just want a normal service and right amount of food... Rude and unprofessional staff, unreasonable amount of food and high price. I really disappointed to come here... If not the snow storm and there has no store open, I don't think I will come. In this store at today, only the the cashier is enthusiasm and willing serve the customer. Jeez.. If u don't like your job and deal with people, don't work..

Closes an hour and a half early without notifying and stopping mobile orders, refuses to make more chips or claims there aren’t any with a full rack pre bagged sitting right behind them. Needs a new crew. Laziest people around. Genuinely terrible service. Photo included of my lack of chips.
