Was doctoring up my leftovers from Friday Oct 24 to find out the $7 large Guacamole is literally half an uncut, unseasoned avocado.
There's only two pieces of onion and they were at the very bottom, this is just a scoop of what was left, with half an avocado on top to fill the cup. It would’ve taken 1 additional minute to at least cut/smash it and mix it in, but that’s a lot to expect from the same people scooping burnt/uncooked rice into my order. I ended up unrolling my burrito and picking out what I could but the carne asada was so dry it was white when I bit into it. It’s extra because it’s a better cut than the steak, it’s supposed to be tender.
+ I ordered via uber eats, my second time taking advantage of a 50% off $15+ promotion and both times got subpar food - Im not sure if they only run this at night or if I just get the push notification when I get off work, but I suspect this is a push to reduce waste. If you’re out of guac at 9 and accept orders until 10, go into the app and 86 the large size, the entire item, or someone has to prep approximately what you’ll need for the rest of the night.
I work at a similar fast-casual restaurant and there’s no excuse for giving customers bad food.

I type this as I wait for the second time because I went to order a cheese quesadilla regular, not kids, and apparently this is not able to be done unless I download the app and order inside. I wasted 10 minutes doing this to discover I could have ordered 2 kids quesadillas and it would have been the same price and size. This needs to be fixed it’s legit asinine

This needs to go to corporate because your business model sucks. Why would a quesadilla be online order only? Why would I be able to order a kids quesadilla in person but not an adult quesadilla? Why couldn’t the young lady put veggies on the kids quesadilla that I ordered? I walked out and won’t be returning anytime soon.

I NEVER write reviews but this was the WORST experience ever. Don’t go here if you want good service or even be treated with respect. Us and another couple of people were the only customers there. The others were seated and eating. We were the only ones ordering. The server (young lady) was rude and hateful and rushed us through our order. If I asked a question she got very hateful and snappy. She was throwing our food into the bowls hastily and appeared annoyed to have to do her job. Our food was not what we ordered and was awful. When I paid and said thank you, she walked off with her hateful attitude without acknowledging. We wasted our money and time.
Will never go back to this location and will definitely warn others to not go there. If I could give a -0 rating I definitely would!
