Unfortunately they had put tomatoes on my sandwich when I requested no tomatoes and all she simply did was take them off and put them in the trash. I’m lucky I’m not allergic. But the quality today wasn’t 100% so I’m disappointed. I love Charley’s and to know that the quality was poor today made me differ my opinion.

Even though I just buy fries, you CANNOT help but notice that they’ve hired THEE BEST manager! I’ve been going there for years and she’s there (mostly) EVERYDAY! Working harder than the actual workers (and they work HARD too) do! The food service is EXCEPTIONAL! Always served fresh and hot! I just can’t tell you enough how that place wouldn’t function without Krystal! She’s the hardest worker in the whole ENTIRE MALL! How can you not appreciate that! 🤝
