It’s the little things: they repeat your order with enthusiasm, throw in a “thank you” that doesn’t sound robotic, and the energy actually wakes you up as much as the caffeine

I was waiting at the counter for over 10 mins without even being acknowledged and there was a woman waiting for her mobile order for 10 mins when he was making orders for people who hadn’t even arrived yet. Whoever owns this dunkin needs to hire more staff and needs to make sure the staff they do have can do their jobs as efficiently as possible.
