I said small and decaf 3 different times. Every time he talks it sounds like he slurs his words. He messed up on our order and when we proceeded to come inside to ask for a change he smiled in our faces then proceeded to take the drink he messed up on from our hands. This kind of customer service isn’t okay.

There have been multiple times now I have waited in the drive tru for 15-20 minutes. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I waited at the drive thru window for 3 minutes and watched a customer inside complaining about how their drink was made. I drove off. 2 days ago I got an iced coffee here that was so bad I threw it out after 2 sips. I have learned not to order the iced tea here because it always tastes like it was brewed in an uncleaned coffee filter.
