  I ordered a cake a few weeks ago, and Kim and Will were the employees who took my order. When I tell you they are a great team to work with—I truly mean it. They were very mannerly, patient, and attentive while taking my cake order. They relayed all the details perfectly to the team, and the final cake came out even better than I imagined. DQ has never disappointed me. Thank you all so much for the great service and for making this such a wonderful experience!

  Horrible experience! I usually keep it moving and don’t post bad reviews unless I’m very disappointed or upset. An older lady working there was extremely rude to me for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day or just don’t want to work there but no reason to treat customers how she treated me. Long story short, I ordered 2 hotdogs and she says to me “you will have to wait however long it takes for them to cook” I asked, about how long that’ll be because I’m on my way to work and she says “ however long it takes “ with a nasty attitude. After that I decided to not purchase anything.

  Waited for them to tell me they won’t take a $100 bill. How about you put new systems and procedures in place instead of turning people away because you prob got ripped off one time and now everyone has to deal with it smh.
