  I like this dunkin. The renos are great, the staff is always friendly. I wish there was a drive through!

  I love this Dunkin the morning staff is so friendly and welcoming as soon as i walk in they already know what im getting and they are quick

  The two employees were engaged in conversation and did not bother to greet or acknowledge me until I was standing in front of them for about 30 seconds. The cashier finally took my order of a medium latte with almond milk and a shot of French vanilla syrup. The medium size is offered for $2 from 2-6pm. I came to this location the previous week and was charged $2.13 for this exact latte. This time I was charged $2.67. When I had told the cashier that I was only charged $2.13 the week prior, the other female employee chimed in and said that “almond milk is an extra .50.” I told her if that was the case, then I didn’t get charged for it last time and your prices need to be consistent. They both looked at me blankly. The male cashier then proceeded, in an entitled tone, to question me about what day and time I visited when I was charged $2.13. I told him that it was the same day and time, even though I felt it was inappropriate of him to be questioning me. I was again met with blank stares. The female employee repeated curtly that almond milk “is an extra .50”. I will not be returning to this location because these two employees were entitled and rude. The least I’d expect, just out of common human courtesy, was an apology for the inconvenience. But all I got were blank stares and entitled, rude, and accusatory responses.
