I found it so odd that I asked a worker what the S & S employee phone usage policy was while "working "and they replied that it's not permitted. Obviously not enforced.

You have a worker named Jonathan who is always out in the parking lot, and he deserves some real recognition. This young man is there in every kind of weather -- rain, snow, heat, whatever -- and he never seems to complain. People leave carts everywhere, sometimes with garbage in them, and he just keeps working, always polite and always helpful. He asks if you need a hand, offers to take your cart when you're done, and he does his job really well. And honestly, that job is not easy at all. Jonathan, if you see this: great job, buddy. You make a difference. I hope the store does something nice to show how much you're appreciated. Thanks, David- from Haworth
