You have a worker named Jonathan who is always out in the parking lot, and he deserves some real recognition. This young man is there in every kind of weather -- rain, snow, heat, whatever -- and he never seems to complain. People leave carts everywhere, sometimes with garbage in them, and he just keeps working, always polite and always helpful. He asks if you need a hand, offers to take your cart when you're done, and he does his job really well. And honestly, that job is not easy at all. Jonathan, if you see this: great job, buddy. - JJJeiNov 10, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Stop & Shop. The employees are not only rude and unhelpful, but openly racist. This morning, my wife had a terrible encounter when staff falsely accused her of not paying, even after she showed them her receipt. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they continued to shout racist comments at her. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The store itself is dirty and poorly organized, which only adds to the negative experience. Management and corporate need to address this immediately, because no one should be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location until serious changes are made.
