Going in and using deals on their ordering screens gives me a bug making the whole screen, white, and freezing in the system. Once something like this happens, you get timed out you can’t use another deal for a bit of time. As I used to work at McDonald’s, the correct procedure for this if the customer has any proof you give them the deal you don’t make them wait at all. You just give it to them and employee told me to my face that there was nothing I could do and I had to wait. I had already been waiting there for a good amount of time because the deal kept showing the incorrect time that I waited. I have been in the store for 30 minutes at this point just trying to get fries that’s it. I finally get a hold of an employee after they are intentionally ignoring me and the others waiting to order only to be told I have to wait longer. Why do I have to pay the price for the stores issue? I just wanted some fries
- SCSophie CipollaApr 3, 20265.0This McDonald's is the BEST <3 I ordered a hot fudge sundae here and they put hot fudge on the bottom of the sundae cup AND the sides so it was literally perfect. You know how a lot of times the sundaes have too much vanilla ice cream compared to the hot fudge? This McDonald's totally made my day with the extra sauce. Also the curbside orders always come out quickly and perfect. Thanks for being awesome!!!

- JMJune MacicaMar 29, 20264.0It was very weird and disgusting that the repair guy was sitting at a table with parts for the toilet paper dispenser and parts from the bathroom at the table. Im Sure it was inconvenient, but making these repairs should have happened in the bathroom...not the dining room. All I could think about was the germs sitting on that table.
