- LJLovley jDec 27, 20251.0SATURDAY 12/27/2025. 2pm Staff today around 2 o'clock was so rude the gave my daughter rock hard hash brown So when I decided to take them back , she said that is how they're normally made with a Nasty attitude , she did not want to remake it. The only nice one in there today was the Middle eastern young lady or she could have been Indian, she's a sweetheart.Everyone else was nasty and rude Horrible customer service. My apologies for describing everyone by race.But I do not know their names , the african american lady in there with the caucasians two white women were so rude and nasty. They should have A manager working on the weekends so they can see how their staff is behaving.I'm honestly nervous to eat stuff when they make it.Because I don't trust the food.That's how rude they are. During the week hours it's fine however DONT GO ON THE WEEKENDS THE African american women and the two white women are extremely NASTY AND RUDE

Plus there's a guy with a nasty looking Dunkin' hoodie that looks like it's never been washed and that's not appealing to look at before you receive your food or coffee. You're supposed to look professional. Dunkin. Replace his hoodie!!! Disgusting. Not coming back.

- KRKelly RabeloOct 14, 20251.0Stopped by for a latte and a hot chocolate. I absolutely love Dunkin’s caramel latte, but once I received the one from this one, it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a hot one, and it was basically room temp with no caramel flavor. My husband’s hot chocolate had no sugar, and was so hot, the smallest sip ever not only burned my tongue, but left it swollen. There was a Starbucks right by that my husband recommended first, but I said no because I wanted my Dunkin’ hot caramel latte. Should’ve went to the Starbucks. They got good lattes too. At least better than this place serves :(
