- MVMel VelezFeb 7, 20261.0went there earlier (2.7.26) around noon & there was a girl who was super rude to us. made my friend’s drink incorrectly using pumpkin instead of caramel & was upset she was asked to remake it. then she remade it & it was still made incorrectly so my friend threw it out & went to a different dunkin. overall, just a nasty attitude.

- AAAleciaOct 19, 20251.0This is an app and personnel issue. When ordering in the app, 2.5 miles away, you receive a notification saying you should wait til your closer to place the order. I placed the order anyway, knowing that sometimes it can take longer than the travel time for the order to be ready. We arrive and go in for the order. My husband waits 10 minutes and comes back out to the car frustrated saying they aren’t making drink orders, only food. I go back in as the ordered drink was $8!! $2.39 for an espresso shot is downright greedy - but that’s a whole other thing. Regardless, who can afford to throw away $8 because a cold brew (on tap) with a single espresso shot takes 15+ minutes to make suddenly? The girl working finally puts the drink out in a medium cup. No problem, I simply let her know that it was supposed to be a large…. Again $8. The one girl starts laughing and goes my bad. Then takes the drink to correct it. Both girls working today, 10/19, proceeded to start laughing at me. Then making jokes to each other about me. Mind you, when I was in the store, it was me and one other person. Not sure what took 15 minutes to make this specific drink. Also, not sure why they felt the need to be rude to me. Definitely going to be sourcing one of the half dozen other Dunkin’s in the area before ever thinking about returning to this one.
