Unfortunately, this location has by far the smallest portions I’ve seen. Normally, employees give about two full scoops of protein (like chicken). Here, I watched them put half a scoop — maybe ¾ at best. I asked for a normal portion, and they added another half scoop like it was a big favor. That’s honestly crazy. The most frustrating part is the portion size. If I’m getting half the food, I wish I could pay half the price. Lines are also slow and poorly managed. In the city, it takes about 15 seconds per customer. Here, it’s closer to a full minute per person, and with 10–15 people in line, you’re waiting at least 10 minutes. I’ve noticed that ordering online might get you a slightly better portion, but it’s inconsistent and shouldn’t be a gamble. Overall, between the tiny portions and slow service, this location really needs improvement.

The workers should be ashamed of their selves for serving me this awful food. I grabbed the root beer drink and that tasted better than the actual food unbelievable. This made me not want to come back to this location at all, if I can give a 0 stars I would.
