  The guy at the register on March 19th 9:30 pm was one of the meanest guys i ever seen at the register he started telling us to be quick and that he is tired the moment we stepped into the store and he started messing up the order so when we asked again to fix it he was like i just wanna go home we are about to close i said that’s not my business as long as the store is open you can’t rush me when i took 1 minute only to order he even told other people to go somewhere else by the way his name was Haider

  Extremely disappointed. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had at Dunkin’. The sandwich was poorly made, greasy, and looked nothing like it should. The bacon was thrown on carelessly, the cheese was barely melted, and the bun was soaked in grease. It looked unappetizing and honestly unsafe to eat. I also want to mention the manager — not a pleasant person at all. The interaction was rude and unprofessional, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, there was clear indifference and irritation. Quality control and customer service at this location are clearly lacking. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone.”

  1/19/26- 9:10pm called because I had a question, and a very rude male answered… Customer service is TRASH… Male employee called me “Stupid”… Very unprofessional… Hope you guys handle this or write him up….

  Food I ordered was partially cooked. They reuse the same parchment paper for all of there orders they prepare
