- JDJoel DFeb 15, 20261.02/14/26 10:18pm I've never felt more disregarded at any other establishment before. With an empty store, I came in for a small coffee with 3 sugars. "Cream and sugar?", says 'Abby'. (She's ALREADY not focused) "3 sugars", I repeat. Abby then dissappears into the stock room, without saying anything. For several minutes, I'm waiting at the register right where I paid for my coffee. As I'm patiently waiting, several minutes go by and no one acknowledged me. 'Abby' at some point walked past me, down to the furthest end of the counter and left my coffee there without saying anything to me. When I asked her about what should have been a quick order, she began to berate me, yelling at me and telling me that I "need to follow the rules" and that I "should be paying attention." She complained that she is too busy to tell me that she would be walking past me to place my coffee at the far end of the café, near the door. Her tone, her raising her voice at me was very disrespectful and embarrassing.
