When I arrived at the store, I politely asked if I could have crushed red pepper packets, which are commonly provided free of charge at many pizza restaurants. I was told that the small packets would cost $1 each. While the price itself was not the issue, when I mentioned that I would check with customer service to confirm, the employee began yelling at me and said, “Do whatever you want,” in an aggressive and dismissive manner. I was extremely shocked and frightened by this response. I left the store feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. Because of this incident, I did not even want to eat the food. By the time my family opened the pizza at home, it was completely cold. Additionally, I had paid extra for pineapple toppings, but there were only one or two small pieces on the entire pizza. As a result of this interaction, our family dinner was completely ruined. To be very clear, this complaint is not about whether the pepper packets cost $1 or $2. It is about the fact that a customer was yelled at for asking a simple question. That kind of behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances. The employee identified himself as “Mike.” I sincerely request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken, whether through proper retraining or disciplinary measures, to ensure that no other customer is treated this way in the future. I have no intention of returning to this location due to this experience. If you need any additional details, I am more than willing to provide them. This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope you will address it accordingly.
