  I ordered an Uber eats order late at night. As a restaurant manager myself I know how it is when you have the late night crowd wanting to eat, and even more so when you've got to deal with the late night customers and make sure online delivery orders are kept up and shipped out correctly. Well tonight I ordered and I got myself a Cobb salad. It gave me the option of the dressing I would like and I chose my go to option which is ranch. I usually like a little additional ranch dressing so I searched repeatedly through the Wendy's Uber eats options and the option to purchase additional dressings wasn't available! 😯 So I called the location and it did take a few tries to reach anyone but when I did I take to a very polite young lady named Yasmine. I explained my situation and she said it was no problem and that she would provide be with the extra dressing. I appreciated her guest satisfactory approach and her delightful attitude about the entire ordeal I was finding myself in. She was very helpful and this is exactly the kind of service that will make me continue to order from this location. Thank you Yasmine! 12:11am 4/9/26

  By far the lowest quality Wendy's you could ever go to. It would be quicker to drive 10 minutes the opposite direction, get food at a resturant, eat, and come back before youd even make it to the drive through window here. Peak lunch hour and they decide to take one order at a time at the drive through. 15+ cars are wrapped around the bulding, and they decide to take an order, have them drive around, pay, get their food, and leave before they took the next order. That's not even mentioning how rude the staff members are.

  Been here a few times they always make us pull up to the trash can and it takes 5+ minutes for them to bring out our food every time. The customer service is poor they are not friendly at all. I saw 2 cars drive off while we were waiting by the trash can for the food we already paid for. I also did not get any ice in my drink it’s warm. And no hot sauce with my breakfast burrito.

  Wonderful location- always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and courteous.
