The food is not bad, when they get it right. They never put the sweetener in the tea. I've gotten tu the point that I won't leave until I taste it. The other day, I handed it back to guy, and proceeded to argue with me. The service is really bad. I avoid this location when I can. With Brew 7 opening basically across the street, this one really needs to clean up it's act.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE!!! My mom lives near this dunkin so I visit there frequently, EVERY SINGLE TIME my coffee taste watered down! And if you ask for extra extra sugar still taste like they put NONE in at all. If this happened once or twice, I get it things happen, however I have been here atleast 20 times and it’s happened every single time!!

they need to retrain some of their cashier’s at the window about customer service. I was rudely told to pull up just so the cashier could hand me my food. In fact, she just waved her hand like I was some type of kid to pull up and had a attitude about the whole situation. Usually, I have a good experience with them in the morning, but this lady was very rude this morning. there are better ways to talk to people, especially when you’re dealing with adults. Stop the nonsense for real. I even said thank you after she handed me my food and her response was yeah. Like come on lol

The food at the Dunkin’ Donuts is serviceable that is when you can get it the workers are very unresponsive and will get your order wrong often I sit in there often to do schoolwork and they almost always mess up my pick up order and you will hear a lot of customers come in saying that their order is also wrong and they were in the drive-thru so I know it’s not just me ordering something complicated. They just suck.
