  Good afternoon Google family. I ordered a medium hot decaf coffee black, with butter pecan. Service was fast. Associates were nice. Rest room was clean and neat. I had a good experience here. I would return. Have a great day, workout 💪 be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

  The food at the Dunkin’ Donuts is serviceable that is when you can get it the workers are very unresponsive and will get your order wrong often I sit in there often to do schoolwork and they almost always mess up my pick up order and you will hear a lot of customers come in saying that their order is also wrong and they were in the drive-thru so I know it’s not just me ordering something complicated. They just suck.

  The place smells like chemicals, when you walk into Dunkin Donuts it should smell like fresh brewed coffee not like chemicals...

  I moved to this area about three years ago and was genuinely excited to have a Dunkin’ Donuts so close to home. In the beginning, everything was great—friendly service, consistent coffee, and a clean environment. Unfortunately, things took a turn after the ownership changed. Since then, the quality has noticeably declined. Some days my coffee tastes watery, and on multiple occasions, the lids weren’t secured properly. One time, my coffee spilled all over my car because the lid wasn’t on correctly. When I returned to let them know, instead of an apology, I was charged for a replacement and told it was “just the new lids.” That response was incredibly frustrating. Another time, a young man at the drive-thru handled cash and then placed his dirty hands directly on my coffee lid. When I pointed out how unsanitary that was, he dismissed my concern by saying, “You ordered a straw anyway,” and told me not to come back if I didn’t like it. That level of disrespect was shocking. To top it off, I was told by someone who used to work there that they mix unsold donuts from the previous day with fresh ones. If that’s true, it’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about food quality. I really wanted to support this location, but the lack of care, poor hygiene, and dismissive attitude have made it hard to continue. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.
