- CICrystal IdalNov 16, 20251.0This is the third and final time I will visit this location. The first 2 times, our food was subpar. But tonight was the worst one yet. I ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni, a thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, Parmesan Asiago cheese and Philly cheesesteak, and some plain wings. I attached a picture of what the Alfredo pizza looked like. It was so dry, I had to make some soup just so I could dunk it in so I could swallow it. I ate about 2 slices before I couldn’t handle it anymore and gave the rest to my dog. The service was also terrible. I know the app isn’t in “real time”, but this store isn’t even CLOSE to acting like the app is in real time. I pulled in and my app said “Ready!”, so I walked in. I stood there for at least a solid 2 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I finally said to one of the guys there, “Am I invisible?”. Which then he came up to the register to ask me how he could help me. I told him My name. He got my name wrong twice after I just told him what it was. And then finally told me that mine wasn’t done yet, it would be another minute or two. The food was so dry. I highly doubt any sauce was put on either pizza. I will not be back to this location. I will give my business elsewhere.

Won't be ordering from any chain pizzerias anymore. Better to spend a little more for real pizza like Scottos or Corollos. Chains are no longer worth it.
