  I couldn't even get any food from this place, there was no one at the counter, all the employees where in the back laughing and on their phones while 2 people did ALL the work. I guess there's no manager.

  I went during my lunch break expecting quick and respectful service, but the experience was completely disappointing. The attitude of one employee was unacceptable—unprofessional, indifferent, and clearly uninterested in providing good service. This kind of treatment is not only uncomfortable, but it completely ruins the customer experience. This should be taken seriously.

  I just came from picking up an online order from a local store in Clark,NJ and had a taste for Smashburger. I walk into the restaurant my mouth is watering as I contemplate what delectable delights that I'm going to order. Only to be told by the cashier that it'll be at least a 30 minute wait to get my order. Whaattt?!!! *Sigh* To say that I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement.😑 And it's not the first time this has happened. Common Smashburger do better!

  Great experience thanks to Sanaai! You can tell she really cares about doing the job right—she was super respectful, quick with service, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. My order came out fresh and exactly how I wanted it. It’s always nice to see someone taking pride in their work like that. She definitely made the visit better.

  The service at this location is a joke. I was in a queue of 3 people, and it took me 10 minutes to have my order placed. It seems like each order takes an additional hour to complete because I had to sit for another 40 waiting on one meal. The service is near NONEXISTENT with the 2 staff members you had on floor. The server was nice, I have no qualms about her, but that Gabriel kid you had at the register is actually useless. Not only had he misspelt my name, but he couldn’t even get my order correct. I ended up with the wrong item when I left, which was upsetting. Not once have I seen him step in and contribute in helping his coworkers who were clearly trying to get through orders. After getting my food, the guy hadn’t even started the shake. Instead, I saw him leaned against the counter on his phone. Not to mention the indecent language he uses to communicate with customers. Do better.
