- JBjaso beatsFeb 14, 20261.0Ordered a Large 4-piece tender combo last night, think it’s the #5 but the point is I gave the lady the combo number at the drive thru. Charged me $10 and change and I drove off. Fortunately I checked the bag to find out I got 4 nuggets, not tenders. I came back around and the lady working said I ordered nuggets, to which I disagreed, and was left in silence for two minutes until I was summoned to the second window. There, she proceeded to try charging me another 5$ to swap in the nuggets for the tenders. She could barely speak English so obviously could not explain why I was paying another 5$ for what I initially ordered. She called in another employee who gave me crazy attitude and said that I had to pay the extra 5$. I did it because I was tired but this was honestly ridiculous. If you mess up you should own it and not gaslight a customer, especially if you SPEAK ZERO ENGLISH. This lady should actually be fired she has zero business working in a customer service capacity. Happened Friday after midnight.
