During that wait, I could clearly see that part of the order had been prepared much earlier and was just sitting there, while the rest of the order was still not ready at all. There was no communication, no explanation, and no sense of urgency. After standing there for over half an hour with my order still incomplete, I finally approached the counter to ask what was going on. Instead of a normal explanation, I was met with aggression and a hostile attitude. That was the moment I decided to cancel the order, because it was clear nothing was being handled properly. This place has zero organization and zero management control. I work as a restaurant manager myself, and what I witnessed here is completely unacceptable. Delays happen — but aggressive behavior, lack of accountability, and total chaos do not. If the person acting as a manager was actually named Sara, then upper management should seriously reconsider who they allow to run the floor, because this level of behavior is damaging to the business. Do not recommend. Avoid this location. If you value basic professionalism, clear communication, and respect as a customer, go somewhere else. Total waste of time.
