  I’m writing to share ongoing concerns about the condition and quality of this Dunkin’ location, particularly during the morning,afternoon and early evening hours after work. When the previous manager a Black gentleman with a beard and distinctive Chinese-style tattoos was running the store, the environment was consistently clean, the food was prepared correctly, and the drinks were reliably made to standard. Since his departure, there has been a noticeable decline. Now, it feels like a 50/50 chance whether the store will be reasonably clean or extremely dirty. In addition, the food no longer tastes consistently prepared, and drinks are often not up to par. This isn’t just my observation several of my coworkers have noticed the same issues and have started avoiding this location when possible. Unfortunately, there are not many nearby alternatives, so this is disappointing, as we used to enjoy coming here regularly. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that cleanliness, training, and quality standards can be addressed and improved. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope to see this location return to the level of service it once had. The store performed significantly better under the previous manager and his team. The current staff does not appear to be held to the same standards. I strongly believe bringing back experienced former employees or leadership with similar discipline and training would improve this location. Sincerely, Kain

  This Dunkin is so hit or miss. Sometimes they make stuff perfectly and other times they will completely screw it up. Went for a toasted bagel with butter and no cream cheese. Got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. And it's so not worth the hassle going back so I'm fixing it myself. Update: I'm never coming back to this location again. Today I went back and thought I would treat myself with a decaf iced coffee cause I can not have caffeine due to a medical condition. I got a regular coffee...which isn't something I can't just fix and now I'm just out the money. I'm going to be making a formal complaint cause this is ridiculous that they can not get a single order correct. Also the cream and sweetener proportions are off cause they originally put in a medium and not the small I had actually asked for.
