    I bought jelly donuts there - When I remove them from paper bag I realized they were old , dry , hardened like they had them for a week. I am sorry but that is health hazard. I had to throw them away.

    Asked for a large matcha latte. They misheard me and thought I said mocha. Then proceeded to gaslight me into saying I asked for mocha and it was my fault for the mistake. Then handed me the worst looking latte I have ever been served. Even if I said the wrong drink that is no excuse for poor customer service or for my drink to be made so poorly.
