    Vincent was super nice and hooked us up with great food and service. Wings were delightful and we appreciated the customer service! Thanks again guys! PS: get the app and get the 20 boneless wings and side for 17.99! You won't regret it!

    Yesterday (21st of November) I walked in to order in store and I saw one gentlemen he was kind and asked if I was there to place an order and I let him know yes and he told me the person who takes the orders will be out in one minute they were just in the bathroom. I waited patiently and then within two minutes the other gentleman was ready to take my order. He was kind and let me know that it may be a wait before even taking my order. They were short staffed and I could see they already had plenty of orders on the screen from DoorDash and online orders. The guy who took my order got it right and offered me something for the wait while I sat in the lobby. There was also a group of girls who came and around 5 other people besides that. The workers were kind to every one and kept a good attitude while dealing with some rude customers. My food was fresh and the wait wasn’t bad giving that it was a Friday night and they were short staffed. I will definitely come support them again.

    Excellent Service! I went on a date here with my gf and got the wrong chicken sandwich for myself. I said the wrong flavor to the employee and realized after. I settled and ate half the sandwich but realized I didn't like it. I went up to the same employee fully expecting to pay for another sandwich with the right flavor but he gave it to me for free despite eating half of the first sandwich I got. Great customer service!

    My order was shorted by 5 wing. I called and told them I was shorted and they offered to make me 10 wings to give me what was owed and then compensate me for my inconvenience. I explained I would eat first and then come pick up the wings. When I showed up 45 mins later for my wings they were not ready. I wasn’t in the mood to wait for something that was already wrong and they were given ample time to make the wings. Also staff was sitting down eating dinner and standing at the register. No food was cooking and no one was in the restaurant l. There was no reason my food wasn’t already prepared. The young man at the register attempted to be polite about inconveniencing me but BRIELLE inserted herself into our conversation and was insanely rude. She also tried to deny giving me all 10 wings and said I could have 5. And then with an attitude started making the 10 wings owed while continuing to antagonize me while the male employee tried his hardest to de-escalate the situation. At this point I demanded a refund. The young man didn’t know how to process the refund so Brielle came to help and proceeded to do it incorrectly and give me cash on his register. I knew I had an online order and this would be incorrect so I proceeded to tell him it was online. The third team member inserted herself then, explaining it needed to be processed via the 3rd party and that they had to call a someone to process it. Then this person told them to tell me I must wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and they couldn’t provide me with any proof or documentation to support that. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Wingstop and I usually love their food. I hope you review these tapes and she should absolutely be fired!
